One of the top things to do while in Freeport, Bahamas is to spend a day at Paradise Cove. This secluded yet easily accessible location provides a variety of activities that are sure to please everyone from sun worshipping beach goers to underwater adventure enthusiasts.
A beach transportation shuttle is available, so the only thing you need to plan is what level of sunscreen to pack and what bathing suit to wear.
For those who prefer to keep their head above water, Paradise Cove has one of the best beaches in all of Freeport, Bahamas. The views are outstanding with pristine white powdery sand and coconut trees that sway in the light southerly breeze.
There are plenty of lounge chairs available right on the beach or if shade is preferred you can enjoy the ambience from the large deck that connects to the bar and grill. While you are sunbathing on the beach or just chillin’ on the deck you can order a variety of food and beverage choices including locally brewed Bahamian beer and on most days freshly caught fish. Mixed drinks are available including local favorites like gully wash and coconut based concoctions.
